Partner Massage

Fridays

5:30-6:30pm

Join me for a variety of  Thai Massage tutorials.  In each class, you and your partner will be walked through giving a short Thai Massage.  Each class will have a different focus (i.e. lower body, head/neck/shoulders, etc.), and there will be a chance to ask questions at the end of all live stream classes. Yoga mats are helpful as you will be lying/kneeling/sitting on the ground.

 

Most classes will be live streaming, but will also be available to watch later as a pre-recorded video. 

 

These classes are through my Patreon page with $5 and $10/month subscription options.  You will also be able to enjoy offerings from Amy's Apothecary (my other venture), including chocolate making tutorials and all natural wellness diy recipes and tutorials.

Self Care and Repair

This class is being offered through Sky Candy, my Aerial and Dance teaching home.  You will have to create a Mind Body account, but the sign up is relatively simple.

Each class is about 2/3 self massage exercises, using a foam roller, and/or tennis/lacrosse balls.  the last 1/3 of class is a guided relaxation.  This class is a great way to work out aches and pains, and also aims to calm the body and mind.

Work Week Recovery

Morning Mobilization

This is a movement-based class designed to get your spine moving and your blood flowing.  Each class is a combination of dance and yoga based floor movement.  I like to incorporate ab work too, because it is so important to maintaining a healthy spine. 

 

This class is designed with beginner movers in mind, but suitable for anyone who is able to get up and down from the floor easily.
